What is the Cash Discount Program?
The Cash Discount Program covers your credit card processing fees by adding a 3% customer service charge to the original price whenever a customer chooses to pay with a credit card.
So, where does the “discount” come in?
When a customer pays with cash, they immediately receive a 3% discount by avoiding that service charge.
Example:
- A customer buys a vape priced at $10.
- If they pay with a credit card, the total becomes $10.30 (including the 3% service charge).
- If they pay with cash, they pay only $10 — no extra fees, effectively saving 3%.
